Fresh fish freshly cooked and chips curry sauce was lovely

The nicest fish, chips, mushy peas and gravy I've had in years. Fish was very fresh and the batter crispy, chips were perfectly cooked. The mushy peas and gravy were spot on as well! Got my food to takeaway so can't comment on the restaurant but would highly recommend trying this chippy!

With the rain pouring and McDonald’s as busy as they always are I ran into here with a teen and younger child to grab something to eat. Like all of coral islands eateries children u10 eat free which is fantastic. I have to disagree with the negatives, I thought the chips were amazing and crunchy. the gravy was thick yes but how a gravy/northern gravy should be. Would defo recommend coming in, especially for the free kids meal if you have an u10.

Went in today and the food was spot on. Few minute wait but the food was fresh and piping hot. The curry was one of the nicest I've tasted from a chippy. The cafe itself was clean and tidy with no empty food cartons on the tables etc. Food is served in a take away tray when sitting it but doesn't affect the food.

Fantastic fish and chips The best I have had in Blackpool for a long time.

Ate here twice in March 2022. If you make the effort to talk to the lady staff they are very friendly and welcoming. We also had no issues with the food it was lovely and much better than Papas whose chips and food seemed over fried or refried.

Came here 2 years ago, so as we're in Blackpool my nephew wanted to come again. The food was lovely again. The fish was so white and tasty, the chips were the best I've tasted, and my nephew loved his jumbo sausage and chips too. We sat in as there was a spare table. It's very cosy so no room for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Had a brief chat with the lady serving, very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Been here a few times whenever we come to Blackpool and I can honesty say they are very nice fish and chips. The gravy is so tasty and mushy peas are the best I've had.
